1-2-1 YOGA @ HOME

Improve your balance and flexibility while alleviating muscle pain, anxiety, depression, and stress. I will listen and customize your experience for your goals in the comfort of your own home or @ The Nook at a time that suits you.

How does it work?

Private yoga classes may be more suitable for you than joining a class for many reasons. You may have restricted mobility or a certain issue that you want to address. You may be a beginner or you may want to get support in starting your own home yoga practice. Or something completely else.

No matter the reason though, yoga can help people of all ages, all fitness levels and abilities.

I love working 1-2-1 as this gives me the opportunity to share yoga according to the needs of the person in front of me. I tailor my classes so that they will be most beneficial and meet you where you are at the moment, helping you to achieve your goals.

How does it work?

What issues can we address in a private yoga class?

Back pain

Muscle tightness and weakness

Core integration and rebalancing

Carpal tunnel syndrome

Upper body strength

Functional ageing

Good posture

Forward head posture

Tension and restlessness

Where?

You can choose to have the classes in my studio The Nook in Tewkesbury  or we can do them at your home location to be agreed at the time of booking or classes can be held online via zoom.

 
How many classes?

You can book a single class or a block of 4 to 8 classes.

 
How often?

Weekly classes work well in most cases but we can discuss this when we meet .

 
How much does it cost?

The price for a single 45 minute class is £35.
The price for a block of 4 to 8 45 minute classes is £30 per class.

Do I need to practice in between classes?

Yes! This is essential! You can pick one or more things from the class and do them at home at least 2 times during the week. If you come for private classes, then you want to change something. Significant changes will happen much faster if you practice regularly.

 
How do you know what I need?

your first session will also include a 20 minute chat about your needs, any health issues and what you want to achieve from your yoga practise sessions
