Service Description

Join Shellie for her final practice of 2023 on winter solstice night. We will flow with sun salutations by candlelight with an extended assisted Savasana (final resting pose). This will include a calming head shoulder and leg assist with the balancing blend of relaxing patchouli, uplifting geranium, nurturing rose, and rejuvenating frankincense working together by helping to relax and calm your mind.
