Service Description

Join Shellie @ The Britannia Dance School Stroud for a weekly vinyasa class every Sunday to conclude your week. This yoga class is for all abilities breaking down the foundations of Vinyasa Yoga and learning to flow with the poses and the breath. We will incorporate meditation and breathing techniques and also look at the alignment needed to make the most from your practice. Beginners are encouraged to this class.
