The Nook Big Chill - Lets Chill Together

Service Description

Join us as a group at The Wheatpieces Hall in Tewkesbury. The 21st of September will be our Big Chill. 1.5-hour extended class that's dedicated to chilling out, with a Yin and Nidra practice with Shellie and then followed by a sound bowl practice from James. This is a time to meet with your fellow yoga friends from the Nook as one large group in our fortnightly social and relax from the week's hectic schedule. Please bring a cushion and a blanket ready for the Nidra and Sound Bowl Practice, Not essential to join but just nice to have. Some mats are provided but can't be guaranteed so if you have one please bring your own. All abilities and new yogis are welcome.
